Goodera has appointed Tanya Jeong as Vice President, Engagement Strategy, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand how companies approach corporate volunteering and employee engagement globally.

Jeong brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of corporate strategy and social impact. She joins Goodera from a global biopharmaceutical company, where she led large-scale employee engagement and volunteering programs across multiple regions. Her work focused on building participation at scale, advising leadership on CSR and equity initiatives, and managing complex engagement platforms that connected employees to meaningful opportunities.

Her appointment comes at a time when organizations are rethinking how to make volunteering more accessible, measurable, and relevant to employees. At Goodera, Jeong will focus on shaping engagement frameworks that help companies move beyond one-off initiatives and build programs that are consistent, inclusive, and globally scalable.

“I’m excited to join a team that’s rethinking how companies connect with their communities,” said Tanya Jeong. “There’s a real opportunity to make volunteering not just easier to access, but more meaningful for employees and the organizations they’re part of.”

Jeong’s experience spans industries including insurance, manufacturing, and media strategy. She has worked closely with global teams to design programs that align business goals with community impact, an approach that continues to shape how companies think about employee experience today.

She holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Michigan, with a background in marketing, communications, and nonprofit management.

With this addition, Goodera continues to invest in building leadership that understands both the operational and human sides of corporate volunteering, ensuring that programs not only scale, but resonate.
