• Workforce Participation Rates: Median participation in India stands at 33.1%, roughly 30% higher than the 25.6% global benchmark. Top-performing companies, those with volunteering embedded into their culture, reach 69% participation, compared to just 6% for ad-hoc initiatives. By company size, companies under 5,000 employees lead at 41%, followed by 5,000–10,000 employee companies at 28%.

• Regional Participation: India leads the APAC and Middle East region with the highest average volunteers per event at 58, followed by the Philippines (50) and Malaysia (32). Within India, Hyderabad and Pune lead on intensity at 65 volunteers per event, while Bengaluru anchors volume with 28% of all events.
