The Goodera Global Impact Fellowship is a 12 weeks long opportunity for college students & recent graduates across the globe to help Goodera solve its most pressing global business problems which makes the fellowship an absolutely unmissable opportunity for early professionals in their career.


As a fellow, you'll have the chance to work with leading corporations, nonprofits and social enterprises to tackle some of the most challenging, high-impact problem statements faced by businesses internationally. How is the fellowship program designed?

The Goodera Global Impact Fellowship is a 12-week remote fellowship program that engages fellows through live projects, online workshops, skill-building sessions, virtual volunteering, and networking events.

What can I expect from the program?

The program offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and contribute to Goodera’s mission. As a fellow, you will have the flexibility to choose from various functions within the organisation and work on challenging problem statements in your chosen department. You will be expected to commit 2-3 hours per day and work flexibly on projects that align with your interests and professional goals. Throughout the program, you will receive regular touchpoints in the form of team calls, networking events, and other engagement activities.

Who are we looking for?

To be a successful Goodera Global Impact Fellow, we are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Be able to commit to a 12 week program giving 2-3 hours a day.
  • Have a strong passion for social and environmental impact.
  • Have some experience volunteering or working in the social impact sector.
  • Be between the ages of 18 to 24.
  • Pursuing/completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent or working professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Majors in Sustainability, Public Policy, Governance and business are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Is this fellowship a pro bono engagement?

Yes, the Goodera Global Impact Fellowship is a pro bono engagement. The focus of the program is on providing opportunities for professional development and social impact to early professionals and students. The fellowship is designed to support non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and other impact-focused initiatives, and fellows work closely with these organizations to help drive positive change in their communities.
