First Boots, First Games, Lasting Smiles
From hand-me-downs to their first real kit, every child played with wide smiles and a sense of pride.

The Essence
This initiative was about joy, play, and giving children the tools to dream bigger.
In Thailand, Arrow volunteers distributed sports kits that included football bags, cones, and skipping ropes. For many of the children, it was the first time receiving something new of their own. Almost instantly, they were using the kits, playing football, skipping, and proudly carrying their gear, transforming a simple gesture into lasting moments of happiness and belonging.
Problem
Children from disadvantaged backgrounds often lack access to even the most basic sports equipment. Without it, opportunities to play, practice, and participate as a team remain limited, leaving many unable to fully experience the joy and benefits of sport.
Solution
Arrow volunteers provided sports kits designed for children under care, equipping them with bags, cones, and skipping ropes that could be used both in training sessions and daily play. These simple yet practical resources created immediate opportunities for teamwork, exercise, and fun.
