1. Planning
When you join the campaign, our team will enable you by:
Conducting need assessment and recee
Identifying and onboarding relevant non-profits
Offering Benevity configuration
Strategising and developing a long-term engagement plan
Mapping last mile impact and taking better data-driven decisions to modify action plan
2. Communication
Before the event, our team arms the volunteers with knowledge and support, and drives registrations by:
- Creating a central FAQ and knowledge base
- Training internal champions
- Distributing instruction manuals
- Providing a “know-before-you-go” with information about the activity and volunteer resources
- Appraising volunteers with information about the non-profits and the campaign
- providing 24x7 email support
3. Execution
Each Goodera activity is a host-led event. The campaign activities include two stages:

Step 2
Engage volunteers in the Rural Roots Distribution Drive
4. Post event
Once the activity is complete, we provide you with:
