Abhishek Humbad
Abhishek has spent more than a decade building enterprises focused on social and environmental impact. Goodera aims to be the Airbnb of employee volunteering by engaging every workplace with volunteering experiences.
Featured twice in the Forbes 30 under 30, and the MIT Innovators under 35 list, Abhishek is a leading voice in India’s startup ecosystem for building a global business from Indian roots.

Ranna Daud
During her graduate studies, she authored and published “Outcome Study of an After-School Program for Youth in a High-Risk Environment,” which appeared in Volume 26 of the Journal of Park and Recreational Administration.
Ranna earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business and an emphasis in Comparative Ethnic Studies from Washington State University. She later completed a master’s degree in Sport and Leisure Service Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Ranna began her journey with After-School All-Stars (ASAS) in 2004 as an intern and soon after became a Program Manager for the Las Vegas chapter. She returned to ASAS in 2009 as Associate Director before being promoted to Executive Director in 2013. In that role, she oversaw operations across 14 schools, serving more than 6,000 youth throughout Southern Nevada, and served as the key liaison between the board of directors and community partners.
A Washington native, Ranna returned to her home state in 2016 to launch ASAS Puget Sound as the Founding Executive Director. Over nearly a decade of leadership, she has built a strong foundation for the newest ASAS chapter—developing vital community partnerships, cultivating a passionate team, and engaging an Advisory Board that includes leaders from Amazon, Starbucks, Microsoft, New York Life, EY, and the Gates Foundation, among others.

Michael Cheever
Michael Cheever is the Chief Executive Officer of the College Success Foundation (CSF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved and first-generation students to complete high school, graduate from college, and become transformative leaders in their communities.
As the first in his family to earn a college degree, Michael is deeply committed to breaking the intergenerational cycle of poverty through education.
A lifelong public servant, Michael began his career in the U.S. Navy, serving in forward-deployed roles overseas before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, where he has focused on advancing community impact and organizational growth. Prior to joining CSF, he held leadership positions in healthcare philanthropy at Bloodworks Northwest and UW Medicine.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Antioch University, where he was later recognized with the Distinguished Alumni Award.
He continues to serve as a trusted advisor to mission-driven organizations, providing pro bono guidance on nonprofit strategy, transformation, and impact.
Under his leadership, CSF is strengthening educational equity and expanding opportunity for thousands of students each year across Washington state, Washington D.C.
and beyond.

Mallory Burke
Mallory Burke is Senior Program Manager of Social Impact at Atlassian, where she has spent over eight years empowering employees worldwide to drive social change through volunteering, giving, and strategic nonprofit partnerships.
Leading programs through the Atlassian Foundation and the company's Pledge 1% commitment, Mallory designs and executes global engagement initiatives including skills-based volunteering, mentorship opportunities, and impact campaigns that connect thousands of Atlassians with meaningful causes.
A skilled CSR program manager, she specializes in building scalable frameworks that transform employee engagement into measurable community impact while raising the visibility and strategic value of corporate social responsibility within organizations.

Vipul Agarwal
Vipul Agarwal serves as the Director of Category at Goodera, the world’s leading platform for employee volunteering. In this role, he leads the strategy and development of high-impact volunteering experiences that engage employees from the world’s largest corporations.
At the helm of the Category team, Vipul has overseen the creation of hundreds of diverse volunteering programs that cut across critical cause areas, including environmental sustainability, disaster relief, community service, STEM education, and mental health & wellbeing.
His work ensures that corporate volunteering is not only accessible and scalable but also deeply meaningful for both the volunteers and the beneficiary communities.
Vipul brings a unique technical and social perspective to his work, grounded in a background in Environmental Engineering and Policy. This expertise allows him to design programs that are scientifically sound and socially responsible, particularly in Goodera’s environmental and climate-focused initiatives.
Passionate about leveraging technology for social good, Vipul is currently spearheading Goodera's initiatives to bridge the digital divide. He is keenly focused on delivering scalable, engaging AI literacy programs designed to empower nonprofit teams and students globally, helping them navigate and thrive in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Alissa May
Alissa May serves as Vice President of Impact at Goodera, where she leads the company's global volunteering strategy and ecosystem engagement initiatives.
With over 15 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, Alissa has held leadership roles at ERM and Salesforce, developing expertise in creating scalable, high-impact programs that bridge business objectives with community needs.
At Goodera, she focuses on advancing innovative approaches to corporate volunteering, helping organizations design programs that deliver measurable impact while driving employee engagement and social value.
Her work centers on building strategic partnerships and leveraging technology to transform how companies approach volunteer program management and social impact measurement.

Caroline Barlerin
Caroline Barlerin is a dynamic and purpose-driven CEO recognized for harnessing technology, philanthropy, and cross-sector collaboration to drive systemic change. As Founder and CEO of Platypus Advisors, she partners with corporations, philanthropists, and investors to accelerate social impact through innovation, strategic partnerships, and human-centered design.
Her career spans leadership across technology, social innovation, and public policy from shaping global community engagement at Twitter, leading global citizenship at Hewlett-Packard, and guiding social innovation at Eventbrite, to co-creating the Taproot Foundation and serving as the inaugural leader of the Level Playing Field Institute. She even designed a bicycle-powered rice threshing device for small-acre farmers in Myanmar, funded by the Norwegian government.
A passionate advocate for ethical AI, digital equity, and gender justice, Caroline has partnered with organizations including Google DeepMind, Cadence, Equinix, Okta, and Kiva to advance responsible innovation.
Recognized among the Most Influential Women in Business (SF Business Times) and recipient of The Hoffman Prize for Service, she currently co-chairs the Global Fund for Women board and serves on The Hamlin School board. Caroline earned her B.A. from Vassar College and was a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. She remains active with the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Program.

Jen Carter
Jen Carter is the Global Head of Technology at Google.org, Google’s philanthropic arm, and leads the company’s pro bono and skills-based volunteering initiatives.
She has been doing AI work at Google for over 17 years and is currently focused on harnessing the power of AI and other advanced technologies to accelerate the impact of nonprofits & governments around the world.
Over the past few years, Jen’s team has helped public & social sector organizations build and launch over 50 social impact products in areas like education, economic opportunity, climate, crisis response, health, and more.

Karan Saklani
Karan Saklani leads all engineering functions at Goodera, overseeing the complete product development lifecycle from ideation and planning through architecture, development, and production deployment.
With deep expertise in managing complex technical systems, he provides strategic technical guidance across teams to ensure scalable, robust solutions that power Goodera's social impact platform.
As architect of Goodera's AI charter, he spearheads the company's artificial intelligence initiatives, experimenting with diverse problem statements and delivering end-to-end solutions that blend architectural vision with hands-on engineering.
His dual approach, combining high-level system design with practical implementation, enables Goodera to rapidly innovate and scale technology solutions that transform how organizations manage corporate volunteering, employee engagement, and social impact programs globally.

Remy Reya
Remy Reya is Director of AI and Thought Leadership at Compass Pro Bono, where he has led AI integration efforts since 2023.
In addition to consulting for local nonprofits on AI integration, Remy has spoken about ethical AI and social impact on stages from the National Small Nonprofit Summit to TEDx.
Before joining Compass Pro Bono, Remy spent nearly a decade working with nonprofits and studying homelessness. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from Princeton University and an Executive Certificate in AI Deployment from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
